Prepare interview English without memorising a script
A memorised answer can break when the interviewer changes the wording. Prepare real examples, useful transitions and concise result language instead.
Prepare real examples
For each experience, note the situation, your responsibility, two actions and a measurable or observable result.
Use simple signposting
Short transitions help the listener follow your answer without making it sound rehearsed.
The main challenge was… My responsibility was… The result was…
Practise follow-ups
After the main answer, practise why, how and what-would-you-change questions. This turns one script into flexible speaking ability.
Make clarification safe
Prepare a polite way to ask for repetition or confirm a question. Clarifying is often more effective than answering the wrong question quickly.
Research the real role
Choose vocabulary from the job description and your genuine experience. Do not invent achievements; practise explaining real results clearly.
Rehearse the closing
Prepare two thoughtful questions and a concise statement of interest. Confirm practical details directly with the employer rather than relying on generic interview advice.
