Essential device storage
LingSort uses local device storage for preferences, consent choices, guest learning drafts, saved words and mock progress. This storage supports requested product functions and cannot be disabled inside the consent panel.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is off by default. When analytics consent is granted, LingSort may load the configured Google tag to understand aggregate product usage. Withdrawing consent sends an updated denied state.
Consent-aware advertising
On the public homepage, the configured AdSense placement can request limited ads when advertising consent is absent or rejected. If advertising consent is granted, Google may use advertising storage and personalization signals. Ads appear only on the public homepage. They do not appear in the dictionary, account area, error pages or Kids. Ad delivery is not guaranteed.
Your controls
Use the “Privacy choices” button available throughout the site to accept, reject or customize analytics and advertising-personalization choices. Your selection is stored on this device and can be changed later.
How ad delivery works
Google decides whether an eligible request can receive a personalized, non-personalized or limited ad. LingSort keeps its only ad area after the homepage learning content and shows no empty box when an ad is unavailable.
